¿Entrenás con rutinas de Instagram, YouTube o incluso ChatGPT? Esto es lo que nadie te cuenta (y por qué no están funcionando)

Do you train with routines from Instagram, YouTube, or even ChatGPT? Here's what no one tells you (and why they aren't working)

Today, just by typing "muscle gain routine" into YouTube, Instagram, or even ChatGPT, you have a thousand options at your fingertips. Sounds practical, right? But... have you ever wondered why you're "still the same," or why you can't sustain the results?

The answer is simple: "those routines aren't made for you."

📸 Which of these two are you?
👉 The one who copies routines without knowing why or The one who trains with purpose...

As a coach who has experienced high-performance sports from the inside, I'm going to tell you why trusting your physical progress to an algorithm or an influencer could be holding you back.

🚫 The 5 big problems with generic routines

  1. They are not made for you
Your body, your training history, your goals, and your context are all unique.
A routine that works for a skinny 22-year-old who's been training for 5 years isn't the same as the one needed by someone returning to the gym after 10 years of sedentary lifestyle.
  2. There is no real progression
An effective routine has to follow one principle: gradual progression .
What's a challenge today should be minimal tomorrow. Viral routines don't take this into account. They're attractive, but there's no planning behind them.
  3. You have no follow-up or corrections
Are you resting well between sets? Is your technique correct? Are you overtraining without realizing it?
Generic routines don't correct you. A trainer does.
  4. They focus more on “likes” than on results
What goes viral isn't always what works.
Training well is much more than doing squats with an elastic band on a hotel terrace.
  5. You don't know if you're doing it right.
If you don't know how to evaluate your progress, adjust your loads, adapt your plan when something isn't working, or manage your diet... then you're not following a real plan, you're improvising .

✅ What makes a plan made by a professional different?

  • Designed 100% for you
  • Structure and progression
  • Actual monitoring and adjustments
  • Adapted to your time and resources
  • With real motivation and strategy
